Admissions Online Application

Welcome to Alliance Christian School District and thank you for your interest in our two campuses (Berks Christian School & West-Mont Christian Academy)!
 
Admissions Policy
 
1. Student Qualifications for Admissions 

a. Academic 

i. PreK/K students must pass a readiness screening 

ii. Transfer students (grades 1-12) must have at least a C average or have a qualifying educational plan (IEP, 504, non-public support plan) 

b. Spiritual 

i. Agree to being taught spiritual teaching that aligns with the district’s Statement of Faith, which is based on God’s inerrant Word.

ii. Align his/her behavior to the Student Conduct Standard. 

c. Behavioral 

i. Applicants must display an overall pattern of appropriate school behavior. Students with significant behavioral issues, such as suspensions or expulsions, must be prepared to fully discuss these issues during the admissions process. 

d. References 

i. Each family must submit at least two reference forms. 

e. Students with individual needs 

i. Families must submit the most recent documentation available for each individual need. Needs may include IEP, 504, medical, or mental health. Alliance Christian School district will individually evaluate its ability to provide services to meet these needs. 

2. Family Qualifications 

a. Family must agree to their child being taught curriculum that aligns with the Statement of Faith. 

b. Family must agree to the terms of Educational Services Agreement. 

c. Family must agree to follow the policies and procedures outlined in the student handbook. 

3. General Requirements and Guidelines

a. All potential students must submit an application, along with a non-refundable application fee. 

b. Applicants must complete the entire application process (application, placement testing, interview, etc) 

c. The applicant's previous educational achievement, educational needs, patterns of behavior, along with current class size and staffing levels, will be considered as factors in determining whether they will be granted enrollment. 

d. Alliance Christian School District admits students of any race, color, sex, national origin, and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, national origin, and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admission policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.

When to Apply
 
Alliance Christian School District encourages families to begin the application process as early as possible. We accept applications throughout the year.

Creating an Online Application
 
To begin the Online Application process, select Create an Account from the menu above.
 
Then log into your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.
